That includes local City Police Departments, County Sheriff Departments, State Highway Police, and Federal Agencies like Federal Bureau of Investigations (FBI), Department of Justice (DOJ), US Marshals Services (USMS), Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA), U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosive (ATF), Federal Burea of Prisons (BOP), and US Border Patrol (USBP).
There is an annual fee of $10.
Any Registered Law Enforcement Agency can upload a 2 minutes or less video regarding a recent crime, with a reward greater than $1,000 and request Crime Tips from the Local Community, County, State or Country. The Law Enforcement Agency creates a Paypal Account that places the Reward into 2 Payments. The CrimePays App retains 3% from both releases or when the video remains inactive.
Through the CrimePays4Tips App family, friends and concerned citizens will be able to donate to the reward account and share the video with social media.
App Users Registers Annonymously and share Crime Tips with the Law Enforcement Agency that posted the video. If the Crime Tip leads to an Arrest of a Suspect, the Law Enforcement Agency releases 50% of the reward to the Encrypted Paypal Account of the Users. When the suspect is convicted or pleads guilty, the remain 50% of the reward is released by the Law Enforcement Agency.
